Before testing, the thermometer should be stable under laboratory conditions ((23 ± 2) °C/(50 ± 20) %.) for at least 30 min. If the manufacturer specifies otherwise, the stabilization time can be longer.
In the temperature display range of 35 ℃ ~ 42 ℃, the black body temperature has three temperature points whose intervals are approximately the same. If necessary, the test points can be appropriately increased. The thermometer should be measured 3 times at each temperature and body temperature, and a new disposable detector protective cover (if any) should be replaced after each test reading.
